Getting help

Tell us whether you are using the iPhone app or ChatGPT plugin, what you expected, and what happened. Include the error message and your app version or browser if relevant. Screenshots can help, but remove any private information before sending them. Never send passwords, authentication codes, or access tokens.

Plugin accounts and privacy

You can also email us to request access, correction, or deletion of your plugin account and library, or help revoking a connection. We may ask you to verify account ownership. Disconnecting the plugin does not automatically delete your saved games. Your iPhone library is separate from your plugin library.
